Hello my name is john, and i recently acquired a silver rx8 230 that was going to be scrapped by my dad. All it needed was some cill repairs and hopefully it will pass the MOT on Tuesday. i intend on wrapping it myself and doing a few body modifications. i hope to become a full member on here soon so that i can attend the JDM combe meet in June and attend the Shropshire meet being organised by my dad (goodeggbob). i will post some pictures as my project progresses.

My 8 used to belong to my (now late) father.
Few notice the subtle change to the rear badges... In English it reads as "Mad As"
In Northern Irish it's "Ma Dads"

hey Pete,it does grieve me to scrap a perfectly good car,i am glad that john has taken it on. its a cheap way of finding out whether he will enjoy the experience of driving one, and wont be a waste of money if he doesn't

Hi all, the car finally passed the MOT yesterday after a bit of welding, sticky breaks and new rear coil springs. I have now fitted some side skirts and some wheel arch trims as the arches were falling apart, very happy with my progress so far and i will be getting it taxed and insured tomorrow
