Thanks for your patience, it is a manual process and it looks like Ainmhidh (who has access to all the right buttons etc) hasn't been on line since 12 August. Hopefully one of the admin team can help out and get you up and running.

Alan (Ainmhidh) will spot your application and do the necessary before too long I'm sure - it is all done manually though so it depends when he gets on line.

That'll teach me to not update my router firmware just before a busy weekend. It binned all my connection settings and I had to go digging for them to get it reset!
