My install pictures.

Its the sames as Marks except I have yet to install the elbow for the secondary pump. This is a job for tomorrow, not really effecting my car as I don't have headlight washers because of my MS bumper. But I will install it all the same as part of my feedback.

I have sent back detailed pictures and feedback back to manufacturer so he can alter the backing plate to address a few issues I can across. (more or less the same ones Mark had)

UPDATE.

For anyone interested this is the revised RHD sohn support kit.

As you can see the containers are now reversed with the one that was the washer bottle is now the oil container.

I should have this kit to me by the middle of next week.

I don't have any prices as yes because the manufacture is waiting to see how well it fits.

As yet the kit only has the hole drilled for the prime-washer pump........I have been told he will supply 2 version.....a 192 with the single hole......and a 231 with the primary + secondary holes plus the hole for the water level sensor. I don't know if he will have 2 links on his website or that the buyer will have to state car version at the checkout.

This is the production version of the RHD kit from Epitroch USA.

As you can see in the pictures the bottles have been reversed to offer more washer liquid for the UK cars.

The bottles will come in two forms a 192 and 231. 192 version will be without the holes pre-drilled for the secondary pump and the level sensor of the 231. (unless you have retrofitted the 231 washer bottle to your 192 then you will need to contact the manufacture before buying) My car does not have the headlight washers fitted into the Mazdaspeed bumper so I opted not to have the holes drilled into this test version. I plan to use the level sensor as a low oil warning but this is plan to do later.

The CNC modification made so its fits over the heater pipe.

From talking to the guy he can now offer this kit and a sohn adapter for $220 (this as far as I know does not include delivery) He can still supply just the kit only.

He will also be able to offer a group discount to club members.......but I need to finalize the details on how many people needed to make this viable.

Any more information just PM me.

Yes the kit on its own with out the sohn is available.

I don't have a UK price for this at the moment, as I have just emailed him back today to tell him his RHD kit works.

Here are the eBay links for the RHD version of the kit. I don't have the member discount code as yet, but when I get it I will post this in the members forum.

This is with the sohn adapter.

I think they missed a trick here, couldn't they have included a level sensor in the oil tank too and wired it up to the washer fluid level lamp?

Wont this be too far away from the Sohn as i read it needs to be 6 inches?

6 inches refers to the height above the sohn for the gravity feed, not the distance from it.
That said, the closer and steeper the hose route the better.

£140ish plus shipping, duty and VAT for the kit and adaptor, that could work for me. If anyone fancies organising a formal group buy for these I'd be interested in the full kit, 231 spec.

Pity about the lack of a level sensor in the oil tank though, if you're hitting the track it might not take long to get through 0.7 litres of 2T...
To Do List: HKS CAMP2 install; cruise control; new exhaust; detail paintwork, possible respray

Done: Hayward Rotary rebuild and stage 2 port; Racing Beat ARBs, adjustable front droplinks, ram air intake and lightened flywheel; Exedy stage 1 clutch; Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs; Koyo radiator; heated front screen; EBC redstuff pads all round

He can't offer group buys, but will be offering a $10 off list for all members.

He will be sending me a coupon link and I will post this in the members section as soon as I get it.

But remember when ordering to state if your car is a 192 or 231. And if you want the secondary hole drilling into the oil container so you can retrofit or use the existing sensor then let him know. Or else the hole will be drilled as the car version dictates.

Its added at the ebay checkout........ $37.46 about 23 quid.

UK customs are a whole new game....... I have found them hit and miss. The first two test kits missed, but the last one was hit for £17...... but then mine had been listed as "sample parts".

It also says that import duty added at the check out so it may already be pay and deliver with no extra charges when it land here in the uk.

Well the kit arrived ok. Didn't take too long to arrive and didn't get stung by any UK tax. Fitted by Ben @ Rotary Revs and now car is running with fully synthetic Millers oil.
