Modification to the Trichotometric Indicator Support Bracket

Post by warpc0il » Sat Nov 12, 2011 4:38 pm

Early cars require a modification to the Trichotometric Indicator Support Bracket.

This is difficult to describe in writing but the following diagram should be self explanatory.

If in doubt, please refer to your local dealer who should have access to a Turbo Encabulator

However, it has since be established that the modial interaction of magneto-reluctance does not scale linearly with the current polarity required by modern flux inversion systems. It's not that the theory wasn't sound, simply that they had no idea that reliance on mono-polarization in transistor architecture would result in an impasse between the competing standards - hence the requirement for the modification to the support bracket.

I had one of these support brackets fitted just the other week!
Good job I did as well, the trichotometric indicator was about to fall off.

Highly recommended :thumleft:

Mine seems OK, but I do have a loose ambihelical hexnut. Does anyone have a spare lying about?

Update: All cars driven on Northern Ireland roads are now required to fit a heavy duty support bracket, due to the state of the pot holes.
Those driven near the Irish Border also require an upgraded Trichotometic Indicator, due to the increased reluctance in the area.

I'm told that after 31st October all cars in NI will be required to replace the Trichotometric Indicator with a Trichotimperial Indicator. Can you confirm?

In case anyone is having trouble fitting their modified Trichotometric Indicator Support Bracket, a special set of fasteners has now been made available, on special order between 31/3 and 2/4 (exclusive) each year.
