RX8 OPEN MEET AND (optional) FOREST DRIVE

It was a very pleasant few hours, great bacon roll and latte to start, good company and a very enjoyable run in lovely weather through some picturesque countryside.

A bonus was coming across an NSU Ro80 owner by pure luck. Derek and I had decided on a stopping point halfway along the drive to meet up and take some pictures and we ended up parking outside Andy's house, owner of said very rare vehicle. He offered to bring it out of his garage and join us for a photo-op. His 1967 car is in absolutely stunning condition!

Well done Malcolm, excellent addition to a great Meet. Just shows how much fun you can have on a Sunday drive!

Thanks for organising yesterday Derek, and Malcolm for helping and Ian for putting up the flags.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and spending time with everyone there. The venue was good and welcoming to us and the drive was a lot of fun and very pretty. Recycling many dinosaurs while driving through the forest felt wholesome and organic.
