Ramp Day 2024 Revisited. - Saturday 15th June

Having enjoyed having you lot round yesterday (17th June 2023) i would love to do this again. The same applies ie 12 vehicles + passengers if required. So as not to clash with any other annual events, i have chosen Saturday the 15th of June this time. Anyone interested please post up here and i will attempt to create a dedicated thread for it shortly, i will add more detail as it progresses, thanks, rob.

I can make this with the pond house de-conflicted later in the month. Nice to have something more local to me. Life in general pending as it is a year away of course.

Hey, i have just had a thought, i will change the date to the 15th of June now that it doesn't conflict with anything else. That way we could provide accommodation foc in our own home meaning that we could combine this with the Shropshire meet the night before. We could provide shelter for maybe 6 people who wish to do both. Let's make this a good un, rob.

Just in case you weren't aware (or whether it would even be a problem for you/attendees) but that weekend is Le Mans next year. I spotted you'd put yours the weekend before, so I went the weekend after.

As said, might not be a problem for you and your attendees, but thought I'd mention it whilst we're still this far out

Good morning all, where have the last 2 weeks gone. I was wondering whether the kind background elves could add a column to the opening page showing who would like to do the Shropshire meet and stay over. We could perhaps accommodate 6 people foc in varying levels of comfort.

I know we are a long way off yet, but it would be useful if i knew who intends to do both the Shropshire meet, stay over and attend the ramp day as well, as i am planning a stunning drive for the saturday which would take about 2 hours max.

I can't see you needing a seat Paul, at the last one you were the most mobile amongst us being involved in anything requiring the ramp. Perhaps a Zimmer frame to hold you up as you tire.
