Thanks for that =D> - you can use this donate option in the club shop http://shop.rx8oc.co.uk/Donate/cat664354_766388.aspx and anything coming in through that will also be totalled up and sent to the charity at the end of the year. I am not sure if or exactly how that might work with the shop voucher though, so maybe wait until I have checked with Ian to see if it does work ... and we will update here to confirm or otherwise.

I did see that, just wanted to make sure it went to the charity. Going to donate a bit more than the voucher too so just let me know how's best. Thanks :-)

That is very generous of you, thanks :thumleft: - I've sent a PM to Ian to check what's what etc with the vouchers and we'll post here with a definitive answer as soon as we can. I can confirm in the meantime that all payments/money received in the shop's donation option will go to the charity.

Ian and I have had a quick chat. The Club shop for some reason does not allow a voucher to be used for the full payment of a purchase and, as I suspected, it wouldn't show up in PayPal anyway.

We think the only way we can do this will be to ask that Club members wishing to donate the £5 on their voucher send a quick PM copied to both of us (Ian.Mothersole and Shagrington) with the unique code from the renewal voucher. We will keep a record of all the donations given in this way to be totalled and passed on to the charity with any other monies collected through the shop donations, collections etc made at events and so on at the end of the year. I'm not sure about giftaid, but if it is possible we will boost that final donation.

If the member should want to donate in addition to the voucher they should make the further donation using the just giving page (linked at the top of the forum).
