The wait is over now guys, I suspect most of you have already seen your orders completed via the automatic email, coils will be going out on Saturday and will be with you all on Wednesday.

For those who have ordered MSD leads, I am still waiting on these to arrive so will dispatch once they do unless you specifically tell me otherwise. (PM with order number)

Thanks again all, :)

so most of you who have not ordered leads should get your coils either tomorrow or Wednesday, if you wouldn't mind leaving a review on my website of the coils once fitted etc then that would be great!

Glad they arrived ok Terry, yes they are pretty beefy, when you hold the stock in hand next to it you'll realise how much bigger these are!

I've just fitted mine and taken it for a drive
1st impressions are the engine is running smoother and seems to pull a little better from low rpm
starting seems a little faster too

the fit is tight but not excessively so, and to be expected as they are a bigger part

So hopefully that's the coil question answered for me

My daughter tells me a package arrived yesterday. We are in China at the moment so I'll have to wait a while to drool over the new parts.
Guess I'd better check what parts I'm going to need to go back to standard from d585's.

You just need the OE coil mounting plate if you changed it for a D585 set up and new plug leads with OE terminals - or its a straight swap if you still have the OE Mazda set up.

The OEM mounting plate is used in conjunction with the D585s. It's what they bolt to, so will still be on there.
