A special (cheap) clutch for a special RX-8

Post by Mazda Rotary Parts » Mon Sep 26, 2011 9:19 pm

We have just one Exedy Single Plate Carbon fibre Clutch and flywheel assembly for sale,

These will hold a good deal of power and will be be more than man enough for any RX-8 unless you have a 500bhp tripple or something, so if you are tracking, drifting or just want a bullet proof clutch that will last for many many years in your road car this is the clutch for you.

Best part is these drive just about the same as a stock clutch on the street with light pedal pressure and none of the "race" car pull-aways needed for many uprated clutches.

These clutches will make your car a joy to drive even in traffic ! (I have had one in my own car for a couple of years and I think Tekken does as well).

Proper retail prices are in excess of £1500 plus vat as seen on this link

http://www.mazdarotaryparts.com/bexedy- ... -900-p.asp

At £800 inc vat and delivery, once this is gone, its gone and will never be offered like this again even RHD Japan want £1045 on a special and thats without shipping or duty

This will fit any 6/5 speed RX-8 including the R3

My thanks to Clive at MRP for sourcing this and other parts to maintain my now 8 year old and 81k miles car. =D>

Fortunately not an emergency replacement, just routine maintenance after many hard miles, but hard to forgo bargains like this, not that the clutch will ever be asked to handle 500bhp mores the pity.
