ATTENTION EVERYONE

I now assume everyone has received their tickets, as there's not a lot I can do about it now, other than have your tickets available to pick up on the Red Gate

Many thanks to those members who have either posted up or messaged me, that they have their tickets

Please DO NOT arrive on the club stand before 7:45am, as the team need time to set up the club stand and get the food on

Thank you to the volunteers who came forward to help with the following :

• Put the gazebo up
• Help with the parking
• Help with the cooking
• Webbo85 - Table
• Studle - Table
• Metelyk
• ChrisHolmes
• PaulAV
• Reloy - Table
• RachelM
• Caren
• Mattzdaspeed - Media Gear

Ideally the team of helpers must be on the stand from 7am as we need to be ready when all the members start arriving after 7:45am

All fresh food, will be in the Giant Fridge (Please note this will be recording all the time) next to the Gazebo including KK Doughnuts etc...

There will be the usual Hot and Cold Drinks, plus Bacon and Sausage Baps, hence why we need a few cooks, including lunchtime

We all welcome home made cakes aswell

Don't forget to bring your chairs to make it easier to socialise under the club gazebo's

As those that have previously attended will know, the traffic can build up quite alot to gain entry to the event. Organisers do their best to stagger site entry times and entrances to help with flow etc

It's worth noting that our ticket hanger and stand pass states (PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 0700-0730) which is contradictory to what is being suggested above.

Presumably we're not expected to head directly to the stand. I'll be looking to get the noise check done as soon as I arrive in case I need to fit the cat prior to the 9:30 session.

Anyone with track sessions before 10:30 it's advised to complete noise checks between 7:45-9:30. Don't leave it last minute and be stuck in a queue

Not sure what set up you have but mine runs an RB Manifold, RB dual res Decat with a Pettit racing catback and never have an noise issue. Hopefully you can get away with the hassle of replacing the cat

Yeah I'm aware of the timing for noise checks etc hence I'll be getting there as early as my pass allows, also need to allow time for the briefing.

Mines an RB manifold through a custom 3" RRP midpipe with muffler through to an RRP catback. It'll likely be fine as I think the noise limit is the same at knockhill which I've not had issues (they don't test though), and I did Blyton last year with no issues.

Also, testing at 4.5krpm (iirc), which is actually fairly quiet as it drones a bit up to 3.5/4 then gets quieter before screaming again when the taps are opened up.

Fortunately the cat is a swappable v-banded section of the midpipe (so not the whole thing) so should be east peasy to swap if needed.

There is a noise test special black pass for cars in early sessions make sure you get one or you won’t get through to be tested.

I don't have the letter handy but I assume this is something they will give me or I will pick up as I go to whichever building it is I need to go to as soon as I arrive.

I'm guessing that's to make sure the early trackdayers get priority over others doing noise test.
