ATTENTION EVERYONE

Please post up when you received your tickets, so as I can cross you off my list, plus I can do something about it with Castle Combe before the day, if yours doesn't arrive on time

Thank you to the volunteers who came forward to help with the following :

Ideally the team of helpers must be on the stand from 7am as we need to be ready when all the members start arriving after 7:45am

All fresh food will be in the Giant Fridge next to the Gazebo including KK Doughnuts etc...

There will be the usual Hot and Cold Drinks, plus Bacon and Sausage Baps, hence why we need a few cooks, including lunchtime

We all welcome home made cakes aswell

Don't forget to bring your chairs to make it easier to socialise under the club gazebo's
