I also don't think everyone specifies Goopys with their bridges... ;)

Apparently some don't include the price of new gasket kits with their 'free' engine warranties either :O

£300-400 from street to bridge, roughly, depending on where you take it, going off of my latest figures on my spreadsheet (I have the best spreadsheets I know). I don't think everyone includes the little extra for Goopy seals in their prices.
RRP found from their testing that Mazda apex seals work best, at least for their ports

I concur that the RX8 needs more power and the fact that people are still pushing the boundaries in search of this " holy grail" is awesome.
If nobody was discussing it , it would never happen so good on you for trying different techniques in the hope of achieving greater bhp.
I am kind of sitting it out waiting for the magic breakthrough but happy to listen to all sides and opinions. (I know I should put my money where my mouth is and help the search along but I have a few plans in the pipeline for that trackday speed ,and ultimately keeping them firkin clios off my tail on the straights..!)
Keep it up fellas.

Well your never too old to learn I guess but that's not my plan.

I do need to attend a track day with some fellow RX8 owners really to see how mine compares.
I have to say the last one I did at Anglesey left me feeling very positive about my car and for the most part I thought wow what a brilliant car it is and I still love it .
Im going in a slightly different direction and will explain my reasoning on Friday hopefully.
