Those numbers look really low especially the last one since it is a street ported rebuild

A full bridge putting out 149???? How could that happen?

As said I had a leading coil issue so running 179 is pretty good! If all goes well I will be be back soon when the rrp coils land. Simon was having issues as well,

Yep, I'm dissatisfied with mine only making 165 when was hoping for 200+ with the street port plus intake and exhaust mods.
Need to investigate why it's going lean at 6500rpm then not making anymore power, a full remap is definitely on the cards.

Was a good day out, thanks for Ramesh for organising and Chris for the food, got held up travelling through London so arrived an hour late, just in time to see the brigeport run.

Good to hear it could be a fairly simple fix, as we said the car definately sounded restricted.

Are you going to take the stock air box with you when you go back? Very interested in seeing if the AEM's really are effecting the power.

Bought a stock intake about 40 minutes after leaving so if all aligns I shall get it fitted with a k and n before I go back

i'll tell you what will help with the AEM,take it off and return to stock.Apart from the aesthetic the AEM offers zero gains, absolutely zero. The stock set up is really really good to be fair.Drop a K&N filter in there and you are good to go

I'd be up for a rematch once I've sorted my issues, the AFR is all over the place.

My thoughts precisely. My AFR was at 12:1 at full power when I thought the rotary was supposed to run a bit richer to aid cooling so will have to look into that.
EDIT: stupid me 12:1 is of course a richer mixture!!

Best race I've watched in a while, in a way the Renesis is a bit like the 2014-18 Honda engine (down on power but sounds good).

It really was an excellent day Nigel and well worth repeating one the gremlins that were discovered on various cars have been exorcised. Everyone "felt" for Eddie as his runs appeared on the screen. As for Stu beating me by .3hp I am still looking for the correct words to comment!
