Thanks to all who organised and everyone who came across for a chat.
Special thanks to Chris who organised getting me out on track so I could get some clear laps in while I bedded new pads in and got to grips with the many changes made to the back end of the car between Racing there a few weeks ago and yesterday.
Hopefully those who saw the second session enjoyed watching when I had the car hooked up properly, then backed off to play with Jon in his FD who was romping around in spectacular fashion, gleaning the max (and a bit more out) of his car.
Only down side was that as some saw, was after three years of racing the rear wing stays fractured and collapsed, which was down to a combination of some of the wings bolts coming out last time and the wing moving and SPEED!.
When I was running alone and properly on it, I was pulling 8800 into Quarry which Carl (Hayward) recons would probably equate to 150MPH, no wonder the wing broke. Same is we didn't have time to fit the new end plates which will come off the body rather than the boot lid.
All in all, in the words of Bill & Ted ,yesterday was a "Most Excellent Adventure" / Thanks to all
