Post by Chris231 » Sun Oct 16, 2016 9:36 am

I know it's a long time off, but thought I would gauge interest in a camping trip to the Dale in late June/ early July 2017.

The campsite has said if we book early enough we can have full use of a really good spot. So if you're interested, please put your name on the list.

You bring your own tin shed I'm afraid. Most of us have tents.

Absolutely brilliant weekend, myself & Diane will be in our caravan again which means like last year you will get a full English in the mornings & both evening were sorted with a 10/10 local pub & equally good Chinese for the second one. One not to be missed, Campsite field is like a bowling green & facilities are second to none :D

Cheers Julian

I have now got 7 pitches booked. But will book another pitch for Alex.

EDIT - I have now got 8 pitches booked. I think we will be taking up the whole field.

Whilst myself & Diane will endeavour to provide some sort of breakfast for everyone on both mornings it would help to know if apart from the ones we already know of ( Victoria & Katie ) if anyone else has any special dietary requirements  =D>

Cheers Julian

I have sent PMs to the ones on the list who I'm not sure if they are still coming for the camping trip as I need to let the site know asap final numbers and it wouldn't be fair to them if people didn't turn up as he can fill the spaces many times over.

Thank you.
