Mazda Nationals Sunday, June 1, 2014

Post by Clive » Sun Mar 16, 2014 11:49 am

Mazda Nationals Sunday, June 1, 2014 9am onwards

I am pleased to announce that Mazdarotaryclub will host an event at The world famous Brooklands Museum which is the home of Motor Racing this year and ALL Mazda vehicles are invited to attend including all at the RX8OC

The venue will provide an excellent place to celebrate all things Mazda and meet like minded people who share a passion for Mazda's

This event will be very much an arrive and park event and the mix of Mazda will prove interesting as you may find your RX-8 or RX-7 sitting alongside a MX-5, Mazda 6, a CX, or even a Mazda B-Series pickup truck ,

If you are reading this and are part of other Mazda Clubs or forums please extend this invitation to them as well as this is very much a MAZDA DAY OUT for all

More details can be found below

I was going to be there but on Thursday night an idiot drunk driver hit our car while it was parked outside our house and it isn't going to be repaired in time.

Hi all,

If you have never been to Brooklands this year may well be the last time you can with your car on show at this historic venue because if collectively we don't bring enough cars this year this will never happen again for us all

We opened this up to all Mazdas to keep this event for another year because the numbers we so low last year.

The Mini club went there with 800 cars , the MX-5 club took 400 cars , last year we took 30 !, takes no working out that if nobody turns up our cars will not be invited back

To answer the above, the gates officially open at 10am , people normally start queuing at the gate at around 9.30 so they can get their cars in front of the clubhouse

Going to take the RX-8 race car and the RX-4 so people can see a bit of past and present, there will also be an RX-3 there as well

See you there, should be a great day out in the sunshine :D
