Would love too Ranjan! However, I have to be in Dorset that day - and my car isn't ready yet ;)

Ray,

That was my idea, in the country for 2 weeks from 17th April, thought a trackday with some friendly faces would be nice.
If this one is too soon suggest another date; anywhere you fancy. You too Malcolm.

My problem is that I have a job to sort some hoses (rather Aston has) on the car next week and also during the next two weeks a couple of hospital appointments all of which makes timing difficult. Really will only be able to decide within a day or two of any proposed track day, so may not be an option in the timescale that Ranjan has.

Similar problem here. Not sure when I'll get the car back exactly and then I'll need to do the run-in mileage before I can contemplate a track day. Itching to get out on track in my RX-8 but will have to be patient :D

Snetterton 19th April - Javelin

Post by GreySilver Beast »

Sorry this one is too close to Croft this week :(

Having said that I could consider a cheeky little number between May to October when I go and drive the Ring Ranjan =D> =D> =D> =D>

A cheeky little number can't be no more than £110.00 though :!: :!:

Ok, so April seems to be a bit problematic for everyone; there are two other options for trackdays that I can make, both with Javelin:
1. Bedford GT - Monday 8th May
2. Snetterton 300 - Thursday 11th May

Are these any good for anyone?

Ranjan.

Can definitely do the 11th at Snetterton :thumleft: but would only consider it if either of you guys (Ranjan/Pete) are going to be there, certainly don't want to be Johnny no Mates.

Also if there are going to be three of us I would consider booking a garage for us to share the cost.

Let me know.

Love to, but I have to be in Dorset on 11th May :(

But Harrizone is correct, a great circuit with other Club Members present to share the day. It'll be a fun day out, with hopefully some fine weather (and a garage share if not ;) )

I wish I could be there!

Ray,

You do realise if it is just us two you are going to spend the whole day driving the Radical.
If the weather is good your aim is 1:51 lap time. Bring some thin comfy shoes and some gloves.

Ranjan.
