Hello, the June meet/ Ramp day will be on us in no time. I have updated the topic header to include our Southern friends who are doing both.
Would our regular meet members please post up here if they wish to attend the Friday meet at the Queens Head, i fully understand that some may not have time for both, but hey, this only happens once a year so why not?
It would also be good to see some other members from our area attending in support of them southern blokes.

I am just a cog in the wheel. This has all been made possible by our guests replying promptly whether they can attend or not. Sticking to a fixed date also helps as well as being accessed from the club calendar which helps in attracting newer members ( hopefully ).

It's certainly a good effort Rob for a monthly meet, it is a shame is it only 5 club members that appear to be in attendance from the front page? Unless you have used first names and I've missed what username they are? It would be useful to know how many paid members and how many new/potential members you gain from this to see the impact of the club calendar and FB promotion? (If someone has been doing this for you)

Hopefully now you have the Calendar working as requested, then your ambitions for new members or visibility to existing membership, will be more prevalent and we can interrogate these data variables further to see the net gains in member attendances across the board, including the MK/Essex/midlands/Oxford aswell.

I would think the MK meet by Ann and Magsrx8, or new take on Essex by Malcolm and Derek are the usual big hitters for attendance Chris? Would be interesting to see how many members they welcome actually? Perhaps I shall do some research and calculations into this for trending data sets of member hotspots and cross ref the sizings with the heat map. Although the Gillingham allsorts area drive out my uncle attended is usually well populated aswell. I haven't seen much of that recently actually, since Cloverleaf has taken an absence from the Events Team? A question for the wider populous, but is anyone running this? Mark you usually attend I believe? Maybe I have just missed it recently. Of course this event has a group chat aswell doesn't it, which was always my worry that it would miss the membership by being focused in that area.......

In answer to your question of recent successful monthly meet attendances Chris, the largest I can recall of late (other than marks spectacular 21 there in the photos) is the Oxford Xmas monthly meet with 14 paid members I believe it was in attendance.....I think an actual rx8 or 2 turned up for that aswell. though I have a feeling Ann's Birthday bash monthly meet may have seen large numbers aswell.

Good luck Rob in gaining more member attendance from the calendar etc, it would be nice to break into the 20s and have some more members there that may become regulars
