Hello! Have had my PZ since buying it as an ex-demonstrator in 2006. Back in the club after a bit of a hiatus (sorry!).

Have a broken rear spring which is preventing the Mazda from passing its MOT so VERY MUCH HOPING that there is a pair of rear springs available for me to purchase at the earliest opportunity... Thanks!

Hey, I see there are still full suspension sets currently available in the shop? Now that I have some expendable cash, can I purchase a set with the member discount?

There are, and we'll need to do a brief eligibility check, but I don't see that being any issue.

Perhaps that does sound a bit grandiose..
It's just as it says in the first post; a vetting process to avoid people joining the Club purely to get a discount. Pretty confident that's not an issue in your case.

Quick update on stock;

Of the original stock of 8 full PZ suspension sets, 4 remain
Of the original stock of 4 pairs of PZ rear springs, 2 pairs remain

They make world of difference my has the pz rear new springs fitted just wheel adjustment befor jdm day next year for track lol

I spoke to Ian.Mothersole (Club Shopkeeper) about this very recently, so the situation will not have changed.

Yes, there is at least one pair of rear springs set left, if not two sets. Shipping might take a bit longer than normal due the current situation.

Only FULL sets of suspension, OR pairs of rear springs available (the latter being prone to failure).

Its my rear shocks have got rusty at bottom should be ok to clean them up ? And repaint

It looks like you've been a member for well over the qualifying year Mark (subject to check), so the discounted price will be available to you. Stock is available, but due to the current covid-19 situation, shipping might be delayed.

Hi All,

Back on the forum after a couple of years and planning to fit this PZ set that I bought under the group buy from 2 years ago. Just struggling with the part numbers atm. Does anyone have any ideas of where they all fit, as in front and backs. Noticed 2 of the springs have a plastic covering on them.

Also does anyone have a list of torque figures of all bolts that need bolting down.

The rears have the rubber/plastic covering.

For fitting and torque settings, you want the Interactive service manual:

For the front, go to:
"Suspension" > "Front Suspension" > "Front Shock Absorber and Coil Spring Removal/Installation"
And for the rear, go to:
"Suspension" > "Rear Suspension" > "Rear Shock Absorber and Coil Spring Removal/Installation"

Yes, currently 4 full sets of the PZ suspension in stock. Drop me a PM if/when you're ready to buy.

Note that all PZ full suspension sets and pairs of rear springs that were stocked in the shop have now been sold.
