Best clutch and ultra light flywheel to go for in UK?

Any form of normally aspirated power mods.

Best clutch and ultra light flywheel to go for in UK?

Post by Jacks-rx8 » Fri Nov 17, 2017 3:37 pm

Are the benefits good from putting an ultra lightweight flywheel on?

Looking at ordering over next day or so, any recommendations would be good or if anyone has a new one for sale give me a message!

Just figured if I'm doing that I may aswell uprate the clutch too whilst there!

Trying to get it quicker revving up/better acceleration, already planning on changing exhaust manifold, decat pipe or high flow cat(unsure to as which yet), lightweight flywheel and clutch whilst I'm at it, then add the revi scoop for air intake, then just a case of lowering springs and rebuild/port it!

The lighter flywheel would help the engine rev up faster in neutral but won't make any difference to acceleration.

One of the best bang for bucks mods for throttle response and drivability for me. I had a competition clutch ultra lightweight coupled with a stage 2 clutch.

There should be some discount from ER - not on the right device to search the libk at the mo though.
