What MPG are you getting with a Turbo?

I think those with it are getting very similar whilst cruising, maybe slightly better because you can adjust the AFR to be lean when the engine's pulling a vacuum in the intake. Tony gets 30 mpg in his Supercharged car with an HKS FCon management. Obviously on boost it will use more fuel because it is making more power.

RX7s were not renowned for their range, but the limited submissions on fuelly suggest it's comparable to the RX8. Boost will probably not cost more in fuel than it does in engines...

An RX7 FD3S REW engine with a single turbo and Haltech ECU does 28 mpg on a run. Not bad against the original car which just about averaged 18 mpg standard with stock twin turbo system.
An engineer in the Midlands has developed an injection system for the rotary which has doubled the range of aircraft using these engines. Problem is they use billet rotors which cost a fortune.
