It’s cost about £50 - can get the suede in a couple of different colours and the studs in different sizes as well

Re: Colour change... & Chat
No fords to sell unfortunately. I sold 26 new cars last month
Usually half are from stock and the rest on a 4-6 week lead time. I won’t see any of them until November, and 2 aren’t due until February

Just realised I misread your message and you wouldn’t want the studs
Fabric was £35 so if you let me know what colour you fancy I can grab Harry’s spare headliner to save you being without one and figure out how to get it to you once it’s done

Re: Colour change... & Chat
Okay so, 5mm red led and 5mm rgb led only using the red channel, complete waste of time. For some reason they are not as bright as green or blue channels.
So I tried my fav strip leds putting out red.

I'll bring it along tomorrow so you can have a look and a play.

3D ones are a bit hit and miss - all depends on how grey the edges are. 4D on the other hand are 100% legal

Re: Colour change... & Chat
Great day at Japfest today. Thanks to everyone that was there
Those that were would have noticed HarSc doing a comp test for me. Still paranoid about the engine rebuild that was done before I bought her and the minor oil leak she’s had since. Numbers were actually higher than the previous test (I got a 7 ) so looks like we’re all good Bit later on got chatting to a chap that used to work for Apex and told me the shenanigans they got up to during rebuilds. Paranoia about the engine is now worse. Was planning on leaving things as they are until the spring but might see if I can bring it forward a bit. Have also definitely decided to go full bridge
However….
Near side headlight was working when I left home but wasn’t when I got there and we found a small oil puddle
Harry tightened the oil line connection as it looks like that’s where the leak was coming from and mopped up the puddle. Checked and tipped up before we left and no new oil so hopefully that’s all it was but will check again in the morning
As for the headlight I took the bulb out to check it. Looked fine so put it back, turned the lights on and all working. We stopped at McDonalds on the way back, checked again and it wasn’t working Not a lot I could do in the car park so drove home. When I pulled up I checked again before turning her off and it’s back on
Guessing it’s a loose connection somewhere so will be simple () but any other suggestions of what to check would be appreciated as always

Shiny new uprated starter is now on after a year in the kitchen cupboard so no more slow starts care of the slightly knackered old one Came off unbelievably easily as the bolts were only finger tight
Decat is also on. Started her up and she’s blowing a bit. Must have missed a bit with the sealer technically supposed to be working so will leave her for today and sort it tomorrow whilst trying to figure out my headlight issue
Just as an excuse to pop a photo up - cheap and cheerful eBay cat:
May get an MOT or two out of it after all
