Anyone else interested in the 12:45 track session which will be £30 in the club shop when available

I can confirm the committee have agreed to set the price of the Club Exclusive track session at £35 this year.

It's a little more than last year and a little more than the public session pricing BUT, we will run less cars in the session - up to 25 - whereas public sessions will run up to 30 cars. Plus, you know it will only be club members out on track with you, a much more controlled environment than other unknown cars and drivers around you.

I would ask that you seriously consider supporting this session. If we don't get enough takers, this will be the last year we will offer this unique opportunity. Thank you, especially to the "regulars" who have supported this for many years and those who have already indicated they wish to join the session this year

Hopefully, Ian.M (Shopkeeper) will be able to get the tickets in the Club shop soon. I hoping that, whilst many of you will be taking some time off over the festive season, you can take a few minutes over a glass of your favourite tipple to enter the shop and secure your place

That is correct Mark, for the club exclusive session. Public sessions are available at £30, but those will run with up to 30 cars, whereas the club session will be limited to a max of 25 and tickets will only available to buy through the club shop (available soon).

Just to clarify - combe have session for between £20 and £30 available to book on their site currently.

However, as Malcolm has mentioned, this will be a club limited session open only to those invited by the club to participate.

There is an error with the club track session time, it should show 10.45am, not 10.30am. Please ignore that until Ian has a moment to sort at this busy time of the year.

Please post up when you've paid (please confirm club or both) so we can keep "track" - see what I did there

. I’ll be going for that one only now as it’s gonna be too busy on the public one and likely our first track session in the 40th.

Sorry if there was any misunderstanding Mark. As Conan stated in an earlier post, we have 15 places reserved on the 12.45pm session (a public session), meaning the remaining places in that session, up to 15, will be on sale to the public.

I’ve just come home from a Xmas meal and thought I’d take a quick look at things

Send a PM to Ian Mothersole and he'll be able to process that.

It was a deliberate decision on my part to have to the shop set up that way, as the club has financial exposure on the exclusive session and I wanted to ensure that no one could book the later session without also being on the earlier one.
