Unfortunately I can't make this as I'll be at a Local Event for Local People - Music on the Common, Holmer Green... Showcasing my RX-8 amongst the usual plethora of ancient MGs and 'manning' a IAM RoadSmart stand with our local group of volunteers.

Morning @everyone I reckon for those not self employed Friday is likely to be pay day, so cut off for tickets is going to be MIDNIGHT ON THE 1ST OF JULY.
As it stands we have 16 spaces left, so it's first in best dressed. When they are gone they are gone, that will be us at an extra agreed capacity with Bicester so I can do sweet FA about more tickets.
AGAIN there will be NO exceptions on the day. No matter how bigger a deal you are in your own tictok feed.
1 admin point. I'll bang up a full list of those confirmed as paid on the 2nd. I'm a heathen and don't bank online so will be working off a pre printed list on the day, any concerns about payments please fire me a message prior.

Is there tickets for this Malcom? I've bank transferred the guy the money and it's recorded as so on here, however how will the confirmation or allocation of ticket space on arrival be determined?

So, no tickets, just a check list of names on arrival.

I'm away next week, but I will see if I can access the "paid" list, when published, and check against the list on here.

Getting rather excited for the weekend I must admit.
The 'gates' will open at 09:30, we have the hangar until 17:00, I would encourage you all to try and get there in the first couple of hours. When you approach Bicester Heritage/Bicester Motion, we will enter the site at gate 8. 5mph on site please, it's an active airfield and other events are taking place.
All names/reg will be checked at the gate, all occupants given a wrist band. Please wear it when in the hangar, those without will be asked to leave.
I'll be in the hangar parking you wonderful people up, I've got a cunning plan, it will be a bit of a squeeze but worth it, so please bare with me when taking direction for where to park.
We will fill up from the back of the hangar, so drive slowly in when you approach it, it'll be become clear on the day. For those who don't know me, ginger hair, ginger beard, probably hungover, you wont miss me.
As you might imagine with recent events at Bicester they are VERY strict on no smoking in the hangar or general dickheadery, that includes vapes, rolling burnouts, revving up on arrival, anything that might be deemed a fire risk - any of that and you/potentially all of us are straight out. I'm sure you can all appricate why.
There are WCs on site, food as well, so bring your sandwiches or some money.
At lunch time I thought we could have a move around of cars and get groups together who want team photos, for those there in the past that worked really well. It also then allows those to shoot off who want to leave.
If you are unsure if you have paid me, drop me a line and I'll confirm either way, failing that check your bank transfer.

Have prepped my car tonight. Yet another oil injector fitted, and no leaks while idling on the drive way, so touch wood that's finally fixed. Also a clean, which was a lot easier with the ceramic coating.

Right then, this is the plan!! Hence the bare with me on the day for parking, it'll be tight but I think well worth it. The rotor in the middle will be colour coded, I believe we have enough yellow, white and red cars coming to make that work. The rest of the colours are indicative.
The "stars" of 6, i will ask you all to park end in/nose out. The cars to the sides will be nose to tale. The cars first in against the far right wall, will be facing in.

Drones. If you want to fly a drone inside or out you need to fire over paperwork, email me ASAP at charlie@uptonbridgefarm.com and we can square that away.

Wristbands. Will be handed out on arrival at the gate. Please be sure to wear it, or have it on you, when inside the hanger.

Hangar doors will open at 09:30. Looking forward to it.

An absolutely mega day - great time!

The photos in the album above have been updated with mine and a couple of other attendees. I will be working through mine over the next week with edits of the ones I deem worth editing (just personal preference) and I'll drop them in this thread for those who don't wanna go sifting through 600+ pics in the album!

Pete - you should have seen the sheddy nature of some of the cars there, this event really was about a love of the cars rather than a wang-waving contest on whose is the shiniest. Was really nice to see because of that tbh

Final addendum - it reached 116 cars in total yesterday - just 2 shy of the number of rotaries at JDM Combe for the 55th anniversary event! Absolutely amazing turnout!

An amazing day, with an awesome collection of rotaries.

Rather than take my 8, I took my rarer, 40 year old RX-7. No air con, but bearable when on the move with windows and sunroof open. ~280 mile in round trip in blazing temps, but car was faultless, even when stationary on M25 for quite a while, unlike several modern cars, a BMW included, which failed to restart when the jam ended. I saw one in the overtaking lane with hazard lights on as I drove off.

Yeh I walked round and counted 114 and you mentioned that 2 had left already. Great turnout and happy to have been part of the red rotor shaped layout.
