I think I’ve read that not all series
8’s are permitted to this?

Yes, the Classic Japfest show is restricted to S1 models only by the organiser's rules.

The question is, can the club Events Team "officially" support and resource stands at both venues, should there be demand from members to go to both.

Nothing to stop a club member organising a stand at either event, but official club events usually mean a club gazebo, some refreshments and Public Liability Insurance.

Fair enough. I’ll probably go anyway, it’s not far for me to travel to and looks a great day out!
