JDM Combe/AM/Simply jap timings

Evening everyone, quick bit of clarity on meet times across the weekend.

JDM Combe Set up team: 0700
JDM Combe Member Arrival: From 0800 by 0900
JDM Depart: by 1600 if going AM.

AM arrival: From 1500
AM pre drinks: From 1830
AM Meal: From 1900
AM Awards: Between Courses approx 1930
AM Raffle: After food approx 2030
AM Evening function: 2100 onwards

Simply Jap Hotel guests: Cars for 0755, Depart 0800
Simply Jap All attendees RV: Tesco, Sizer way, Southampton for 0845
Simply Jap Convoy: Depart Tesco 0900 latest
Simply Jap entrance: By 0915, stand to be full for 0930



JDM Combe opens its gates from 7am, our events team will be aiming to arrive at that time to set up. Anyone near or able, feel free to assist by arriving around that time but please post up here as the main bulk of people need to turn up a bit later. I am aiming to be there for 745 and will assist in the display organisation with the EC, parking cars. Please therefore arrive from 8am onwards if you are on the stand and not assisting set up.

We then have a busy finish to get away for the AM and hotel. I will be looking at heading off at approx 230pm with some other CMs to set up the AM function room and sort the hotel out. If others want to stay to the end or later, the Events Team will need a hand in packing away the club stand. Please look to arrive at the hotel by 530-6pm at the latest I would recommend, as pre drinks will start from 630pm.

The following day, Beulieu requires us to arrive in convoy and have informed the EC that we need to be parked by 930 otherwise they give away our stand. Even though you may be getting emails stating 1100am arrivals, like I have. Therefore those at the hotel we will convoy out at 8am, to the Tesco at sizer way Southampton for 845. Anyone not at the hotel, please be at Tesco for 845....we will then look to move on ASAP to get into the show between 9 and 915.

Please remember your print outs, sent out by will for Beulieu and your Combe Hangar for entry to the yellow area via blue gate.
