Car shows and events run by other organisations (e.g. JDM Combe, Beaulieu, Go Japan, etc.)
Post up your interest in attending and if numbers are sufficient the Club will aim to organise a stand.

My son invited Gwyn and I to join his family (including our 2 year old grandson) on a week's holiday and the only week that worked for them was 7-14 Sept. My apologies, but family trumps car stuff so, unfortunately, I won't be able to make the show this year

The event organisers have now CLOSED club stand bookings (without amy notice!). Tickets are still available to attend the event, but only those who have already registered their car for the RX-8 OC stand (and bought a ticket), plus two others who have been in PM contact with me recently, will be able to park on the stand.
It is POSSIBLE, as in previous years, that the organisers grant us a generous area and, on the day, other, non-registered cars can park on the stand, BUT WE WON'T know this until all registered (+2) cars are parked up mid morning.

Although I registered my car when I purchased the ticket, I have had no confirmation that my car is accepted for the stand? Would you have a list of those attending from Brands Hatch?
As far as I'm aware, the organisers did not send out any form of registration confirmation. I don't recall receiving anything. Nor do they provide Ian, who booked the stand, with any access to a list of registered cars.

My car was registered a long time before I even brought my ticket. I can't seem to find the confirmation so probably didn't receive one?

Thinking about it .... and if my memory serves me well!! Was a show layout and mirror hanger emailed a few days before the event last year? Or have I just had another increasingly regular senior moment?
I'm pretty sure an email was sent out by the organisers on the Wednesday prior to the event, with arrival time slot and links to print out the arrival route and stand pass. The stand pass was not personalised, so we can share the links to those who need them - once they arrive.....

Victorsanders can't make it due to a work commitment.
Ticket might be available if someone wants it? His car is registered, so there is space on the stand. Car registration is not an issue, it is only used to allocate space for the stand.
