Forgot to mention, I've a couple of spare tents I could bring if needed. Two one person, and a two person.

I have some balloons left from last year, although wasn't planning on putting you all through that again
I'm unlikely to be there until Saturday morning but we'll see

Good team effort sorting the balloons last year, even if the green ones did divide the campCscameron wrote:I have some balloons left from last year, although wasn't planning on putting you all through that again

I'll be there just for the Saturday, and I have to pop off before too late as it's someone's birthday

Re: Yakushi 2024 6-8th Sept
I believe we won't have a gazebo/any club gubbins until Saturday morning. I'll likely aim for mid afternoon for the Friday. Should give me time to clean the car.

Re: Yakushi 2024 6-8th Sept
lorry will be in attendance so if the weathers poor peeps can shelter in there, will get a bit cosy mind
if people bring tea/coffee, butties that need warming etc i can accommodate kitchen duties (and bog duties if youre desperate) until the club kit arrives i will probably have a few MRE's left over too.
if any one is desperate for somewhere to sleep, bring a camp bed and a sleeping bag and i can accommodate that too, to reasonable limits ofc.

Re: Yakushi 2024 6-8th Sept
The club will be providing the usual breakfast and drink offerings - one of my many minions is on the case
I'll be bringing the bbqs and charcoal (and firelighters this time ) but it's bring your own burgers this year

North Lincs mate but just looked at rough route I’d assume you’re on the M1 and I’d be on the A46
