If you forget, a small supply of club mugs will be available to purchase for £5

Stick me down for Beaulieu please, if you dont mind me jumping on the stand. I already bought tickets for both a couple or months back however I am on the FDOC stand for Combe. In an RX8 since my RX7 decided to blow up. Will come say Hi tomorrow.

I think Will was looking from about 8. The Events Team are arriving just after 7 to set up, if your nearby and wish to assist the team then let them know and aim for about 715.

I should be arriving between 730-8, and will assist as usual with the parking/line up of cars. So if most people can arrive just after me, I'll be there to greet and place you.

Sadly due to illness and some personal circumstances that have arisen last minute we will not be able to make this one.
feeling really gutted as we have worked hard on the RX-7 etc to get some bits in place for the show. including some extremly late nights in the workshop.

As such we will not be able to make this weekend, though it would have been the first event we have made for some time.

So instead of our 3 tickets going to waste I have arranged for Steve Bishop to collect them from the workshop on his way past.
They will be available via Casey so please from him a message if you would like one to arrange details.
These included club stand passes also as i am sure there are some members that would have been eager to get on board.

Please everyone have a great time and we hope to see you at a future event for a long overdue catch up.

Evening everyone, quick bit of clarity on meet times across the weekend.

JDM Combe opens its gates from 7am, our events team will be aiming to arrive at that time to set up. Anyone near or able, feel free to assist by arriving around that time but please post up here as the main bulk of people need to turn up a bit later. I am aiming to be there for 745 and will assist in the display organisation with the EC, parking cars. Please therefore arrive from 8am onwards if you are on the stand and not assisting set up.

We then have a busy finish to get away for the AM and hotel. I will be looking at heading off at approx 230pm with some other CMs to set up the AM function room and sort the hotel out. If others want to stay to the end or later, the Events Team will need a hand in packing away the club stand. Please look to arrive at the hotel by 530-6pm at the latest I would recommend, as pre drinks will start from 630pm.

The following day, Beulieu requires us to arrive in convoy and have informed the EC that we need to be parked by 930 otherwise they give away our stand. Even though you may be getting emails stating 1100am arrivals, like I have. Therefore those at the hotel we will convoy out at 8am, to the Tesco at sizer way Southampton for 845. Anyone not at the hotel, please be at Tesco for 845....we will then look to move on ASAP to get into the show between 9 and 915.

Please remember your print outs, sent out by will for Beulieu and your Combe Hangar for entry to the yellow area via blue gate.

I only just saw this post. No spectator passes are posted out they simply send you an email with a bar code that is scanned at the gate. I called Maria yesterday and she emailed me a bar code.
Officially as spectators we cannot ente until the spectator parking gates open but I am aiming for 8am anyway with my fingers crossed.

As always a well supported event and had a good catch up with people. Bacon rolls cooked to perfection by Ian and Leroy who looked like master chefs in their aprons!
