I am considering selling on my track time slots, anyone interested? I have checked and it seems I can change the vehicle reg for both sessions individually so no issues in transferring.

They cost £40 each so would like to get that for them

In my haste to purchase a ticket for this event, knowing that they were selling out fast, I didn't at the time download the PDF. Putting together all the tickets that I've purchased for various meets I plan to attend throughout the year, I realised that I had not downloaded the Japfest ticket.

I've just printed it and noted I've only purchased a Club Passenger Ticket! I checked the email when I purchased the ticket, but it has no mention of what type of ticket I paid for! The ticket is non refundable, so guys/girls I'll be there to support the club with sadly my RX8 parked in the main carpark!

Send them an email explaining your mistake and situation regarding the club stand thinking you had the right ticket

Funnily enough the lady on the phone claimed it was easy,

but the email representatives aren’t playing ball
Hopefully they’ll just let me change the REG on the club stand section and that be the end of it

We were in area 4 next to pit stop cafe and more in the show last year on familia stand... 7 isn't too bad, bit outside the main show area but still close. It's where all the Type Rs and scoobies were last year behind a hedge which separates zone 4 and 7. Close enough to decent facilities though for toilets etc. Familia seem to of been pushed out to area 10 aswell, shame they did not wish to combine this year. We could of had a large joint stand again.

Ok this is turning into one big Shambles.
I have 4 Passenger tickets. So would need to flag down or plan to meet two club members in cars with display tickets so we can hop in with you.
They have now said they need to be tied to a reg.
They have also said No Public parking pass = No entry. I selected it as I had to put my cars reg in to get the ticket, but my tickets show nothing about this. I cannot get a reply from them if I do or do not have parking, I'm not leaving my Volvo parked on the A43 hard shoulder.

This year is the first time ive ever had problems and its not just one, but non-stop problems. Did they change ownership or something? I'm also not seeing anything regarding Donnington this year so guessing they cancelled it.

The've always been a bunch of A. Holes which is why the club stopped dealing with them some years ago
They haven't changed it's the same company
I could possibly take a couple depending on timing and pick up point

I am still waiting for Kelsey to reply to my ticket regarding Parking, There may be 1-4 going spare depending on if they turn me away at the gate.

I have a Hotel booked in Northampton the Sat night as well, that may not be used. And reading the T's&C's of the insurance, The event changing the rules is not a valid reason for refund.

I have a feeling we may get turned away at gate, I may have to just stump up the spectator ticket at 37 quid with fees I think it was. Ridiculous when the car and meguirs kit was 22.
