Could we ask you to all check on the Names List, if we got the number of passengers correct including children as we're now sorting out the catering facitities for the event

Please post up in the thread, if we have missed anyone on the list

There are still 5 places left for Track Session2 @04:15pm and it's first come first served via the Club Shop

Still other track sessions at other times of the day available on the Castle Combe Website boys and girls

This is the best way to show your car off to the public around the whole track

Also who's going to bake some cakes for this event

I’m not on the stand but attending the show with Lorant. My WRX STI will be on an individual show stand. We’ll drop by and bring some extra bacon and cakes as our contribution and to chat to you all. See you on the day.

I'll be bringing along universal items, that am trying to sell at the moment which were bought for the GT86, but never ended up on the car

We are liaising with Castle Combe regarding stand space allocations so as to have MRC, FDOC, RX8OC and hopefully RX8 Familia all on adjacent stands thus making one large prestigious rotary car stand of over 120 cars. Each club will have a specific area therefore identities will not be lost and cars with track sessions will be parked where they can relatively easily get off and then back onto the stand.
The plan is for me to advise Castle Combe of the stand numbers to allocate to the cars so that their mirror hangers will be issued with the relevant number thus minimising parking delays on the day, hopefully!
I expect to do this once bookings are closed off on the 22nd June.
In addition to the above being sent out by Castle Combe I will be emailing a stand diagram and parking guidance to every owner and this will include information regarding the lunchtime parade lap plans.
On the day there will be parking marshalls meeting and greeting all cars upon arrival at the rotary area to confirm drivers know where to park and to issue parade lap passes, either a sticker or wristband.
It’s going to be a brilliant show of cars.

Pants!!! Totally forgot about this, I'm guessing its too late to buy tickets through the club offer? I know that the stand is full now but I'd like to attend even if its as a pedestrian.

If its still possible it'd be me (Gareth), my wife & 10yo son.
