As my cars in the pic on the first page I should make the effort, is it likely to sell out space wise, is the big white bus welcome again? Probably/hopefully do both, not sure on meal and staying over etc, will try and remember to let you know!

We're unlikely to sell out on space. I've been trying to get people to buy tickets now rather than later so we have a better idea of everything.

We still have 8 rooms available for this, if anyone is interested in joining for the evening meal and club social, with usual features and awards of the AM. Please add your name below, this is a great deal and Venue plus the menu options provided which will be released soon look stunning. I would really appreciate seeing a full house of 30 members and look forward to seeing you all.

Also, we hold a club raffle at these. Usually the CM organise this, however this year as a potential option, I would like 1 person to put alot of effort as their sole job into this. This is going to be a massive AM to organise with 2 events, a track session and large hotel venue. If a member would like to come forward and volunteer to assist the CM and organise the raffle prizes, it would be a massive help to us.

We usually contact sponsor companies, Rotary specialists that are on here (mad taz of RRP, Silviu of Rotor & piston etc), or donations from companies that people own, Dr frankrex has Reuleax prints etc.

We also buy products, the treasurer can authorise an amount to spend, then purchases from the discount list companies etc can be made, potentially at trade price.

Usually 10-12 prizes of various things is enough....please PM if this role would interest you.

Have paid for JD Combe Drew, it’s not updated as showing paid though. We are coming for the meal and the hotel (just me and Rach now) I’ve yet to pay for these in next couple of weeks. Thanks

Updates carried out. Apologies if posts were missed informing us. As you all know Will has been away, and others have been focusing on AGM etc.

As a reminder to all, once you have paid for something, please let us know on here or via PM to the EC/CM all so we can update. We cannot see if you have paid for Combe or Beulieu as that is direct with the show, so rely on being told to update. Ian will get receipts of payments for the evening meal and hotel, which he will cross ref with the list on here, but again only Ian would get those, so once paid a quick post or pm here will allow us to accurately check where we are at.

This is a rather large combined event taking much planning and resource with x3 bookings in 2 days. Please can I ask all attending to check their status as those above have, and let us know of updates to any information missing regarding payment of events etc.
