There is a regular Yorkshire meet but I think it's up near Leeds. You may be able to tempt them down to the North Derbyshire area around Ladybower.

Now that I've finally got a taste (and small budget) for track days in my 8 am a bit sad that the calendar doesn't have any UK track days now until November.

I'm probably going to book a day at Bedford Autodrome in the early summer. Will make a thread when I do. But regardless of when I go, it might be a good place to hold an event team endorsed track day given it's central(ish) location and being beginner friendly.

Haydn, I have booked another trackday at Snetterton on 24 July with Circuit Days. Not had a chance to post it up yet but hope to post up in the Trackday thread shortly. By all means book a Bedford day though - we can add that to the calendar as well :D

Not had any time to look for more trackdays, but something in early May (so about 4-5 weeks from now) would also be good, to fit in before JDM Combe on 2 June.

I also need to add JDM Combe and Tunerfest South and North to the list, as these have track options too.

There's a Bedford day on 30 Apr for £149. It's on my list of tracks do to and I do have a day of holiday to use up before the end of that month...

I'm also willing to go back and do Snetterton when it's not in monsoon conditions.

I also fancy Thruxton after being fortunate enough to get a taster courtesy of Jaguar recently!

I think mine would be fine.

I'd like to try Brands, Oulton, Cadwell.

You can have ago yourself in a 1.2 corsa with a load of scaffolding round it.
Would be a good club event.

Perhaps if there's a desire for newbies to dip their toes gently, renting Curborough Sprint course or tagging along as a large group could be cost effective.

My missus bought me a 1200cc hot rod experience at Birmingham Wheels for Xmas. Not booked it in yet, but should be fun. :)

There will Threads up for Oulton Park and Brands Hatch soon as Nigel has already booked his place on each of them with MOT :thumleft:

Kelly, Marc and Nigel have been looking at Cadwell Park for this year :thumleft:

Was only talking to Kelly the other day regarding Curborough for a Sprint/Track Day :thumleft:

Keep letting us know what else you would like doing :thumleft:

Thanks Malcom. Sorry, I should have known you'd have it all in hand. I'm so car obsessed at the moment (and it's testing my wife's patience) that I forget there's real/more important stuff going on in everyone's lives. I also need to stop posting on the internet at 2am and typing before thinking ;)

I should know on the 17th whether I can do that, good call! Am fitting a new exhaust this weekend and am going to get MSVT to noise test it at Brands on Tuesday 17th at the latest. So don't want to book anything before I know the score and have time to revert it, given Bedford is strict.

(Unless I drop the old exhaust on my head, then it'll be academic anyway 8-[ )

What exhaust are you fitting? From what I understand it's the drive by that's strict at Bedford, so it's not so bad. My Toyo passes static in the high 80db range, so I'm confident. I wouldn't take my RX-7 there though!
