Bump. There are now less than 3 weeks for everyone on the list who hasn't yet paid to do so. There is also space for anyone else who fancies a day of plentiful low risk track time among friends to sign-up and buy a place through the club shop too!

As previously mentioned, we will need to stop selling places by 1 June in order to finalise the insurance details and complete the booking requirements with the venue.

Please can everyone on the list pay within the next 10 days, ideally sooner.

The club will lose money if people back out, and we will be unlikely to take the risk of organising similar days in the future.

Do we have timings for the day please? Can't see in first post. Google has messed me about as usual. Google maps says 91 miles from home, until you actually do directions and realises I'm not a bird so is 140 miles on a road.

Thanks all for the quick responses. I have passed a final number of attendees (including spectators and family) of 16 on to the insurance broker. I will let you know if they ask for any additional details, but that was all I needed to submit the form.

Hi Guys,
Here are some details for the day.

9.30 Arrive
9.45 Walk round the track and general briefing.
10am Get started with tracking the circuit.
12.30 Break for lunch in a local pub.
13.45ish Get back on for the afternoon.
Pack up whenever we've had enough or 5pm whichever comes first!

So I (and a kind volunteer) will police the one car at a time on track initially, but I expect it to be very obvious by the the afternoon (so you can police yourselves). So when I say let's start queueing for the track (10am), I'll wave on car number one and hold off subsequent cars till they're done with their 3 laps and have passed us back off the track. After you've done your 3 laps just circle round and then pop back on the queue or park up and have a rest/chat if you prefer. There will be plenty of time for everyone to blast around the track as much as they want.

Parking:
Enter where Google tells you then drive all the way round and we park up at the back (pardon the faint red line and X marks the parking area).

What 3 circuits?
They can be anything you like as long as you're always going clockwise, but here are the recommended 3 that I've enjoyed in the past:
Lap 1 - Over the top and round at the end:

Lap 2 - Do a figure 8:

Lap 3 - Down the straight then over the top again and then slam it down the straight before braking hard for the run off:

Apex's and turning points are coned as is the usual practice.

I'll bring some complimentary soft drinks but if cans aren't your thing you may want a flask of your own. I decided not to bother with the on-site catering option as our numbers are fairly low and their food is very basic (2 food choices for lunch, neither inspiring).
