Please display the official adjudication.
Not to fast, just to powerful for class.
500hp rx7 engine against 200hp Honda engine not fair, no wonder the others got annoyed.
Play with big boys rather than beat up on juniors.
Not good advertisement, everybody need truth not spin.
But there's already a class for 200bhp Hondas and friends?

Very nice debunking the Dom :thumleft:. That screenshot says it all; a separate class for 200hp Hondas and... oh look Clive's RX8 is TA's own pictured example for the modified GT class.

Re: TOO FAST TO RACE !!

Received an official letter yesterday banning my car and reimbursing my monies.
Although I have not been dominating the series by winning all the time, indeed I was only 3 tenths faster than the Renault that won the race, so due to power to weight I was far from leaving them all behind!.

I know a couple of drivers have moaned before (one with a 400BHP car in a 300BHP class!) to be told they were not actually racing me, but racing to win their class. I know some did not like it that they were faster in corners and under braking because their cars were lighter, only for me to overtake them on the straights.

Worth say that if my Racing was just so I could win I would not be racing in Thunder Saloons where some of the cars cost 200K upwards-----------------but I do like a challenge

What many here will not know is that for the first two years, I was ridiculed with my unreliable Rotary, now with 58 races, many wins and no issues for four years now-----------they are not laughing any more, indeed they are scared of it!!!

It’s so unjust and illogical and I think you are being very magnanimous in your reaction. The description of faster in corners, slower on the straights is surely a normal scenario in any race series / class. Surely at Mallory Park that would put you at a disadvantage yet you still took pole and the subsequent race looked pretty close too.
Thunder saloons and Formula Libre will I am sure have a more mature air about it both from drivers and organisers given the variety of cars competing and I guess also a high average driver age!

It really is their loss and shows a blinkered and unambitious outlook, out of touch with the stated goals on their own website. By embracing cars such as yours they promote a bit of diversity and lateral thinking that brings interest to their grids (hence also entertaining that it is your car they choose as the image for Class E). Instead all they want is to be yet another series of shopping boxes that have had a few quid chucked at them, wandering around the track.

:censored: 'em (as I know you are far too classy to say - 'classy' has rarely been a word I have found myself associated with however, so I will say it on your behalf ;))

I'm curious to see if the other cars that have received complaints have also received bans or not.

Well then.. Just take it as a compliment that you were doing too well and your years of R&D have paid off! All you can do I suppose.
