This gives people something to aim for and I see no reason why you can’t achieve at least 20 for this event
I’m still a maybe as we have a busy schedule this year

The cost is dependant on the number of people. Will estimated £130 in the first post, which is reasonable given the current list. I think we can get it nearer £100 each if a few more people put their names down by the time we start selling places through the club shop.

As a rough estimate:
10 = £130
15 = £90-100

I would suggest capping the numbers at 15 so that everyone gets plenty of track time. Will may disagree and certainly Curborough have capacity for bigger groups.

Is this strictly RX8s only?
I have a friend with a GT86 that would like to attend also
We can charge him a non-RX8 tax

I think it depends on numbers probably. And on the organiser of the event. :p

Something to consider I guess.

Another bump for this thread. I see the Club exclusive session at Combe is getting plenty of interest, which is great. This event is the perfect follow up for anyone after a bigger dose of low risk track time among like minded enthusiasts.

The more people who sign up here early, the cheaper it'll be when it hits the club shop in the near future.

I think we can allow guest cars...for a price!! :D

My experience is that after the initial rush there's only moderate queueing as people take a break and admire the cars, get chatting, etc.

Thank you!
Will double check he’s still interested.

Just to check, is it price per person? Not per vehicle?

Per vehicle (as long as you don't turn up with a people carrier full), but remember the cost is estimated based on attendees :)
