There's a couple of ways to link to external websites or other threads/posts in the forum.
The first and easiest way is to just type or paste the website address into your post and the forum will do the rest for you, including highlighting it in blue and shortening the web address where required....
The forum provides help and information for Mazda RX-8 owners. It is owned and run by the RX-8 Owners Club UK.

Some people are well versed in this, and some tend to do it even when unnecessary, e.g. quoting the last post, when it is just above where they're typing. If it's the previous post, just above, then there's no need to quote it, the topic will flow better without....
To add a video to your post, just copy the link from your chosen source (most places offer an easy 'share' buton of some sort, and wrap in the Media Embed tags.
Some sources, such as YouTube, don't even need tags anymore. Just paste your link in and it will know what to do with it.
