Decided to go a different way gauge wise. There are some dead LEDs on the gauges however they still function as gauges. They are also alarmed.

I have a spare Borla S-Type exhaust for sale (SKU 140078). I've yet to take it off the car in question but initial inspection suggests no leaks/damage and of course, it sounds delightful!

It'll definitely need a clean up to get rid of some of the surface contaminants on the pipework but...
