Pre- wax conditioner + Black Carnauba blend wax + Black Spray detailer.
Sometimes I use Autoglym Ultra Deep Shine followed by Autoglym Extra Gloss Protection.
My car is 19 years old and still looks amazing. :thumleft:

The JDM car that I've been working on here is suffering from a bad case of what I call "Clearcoat Bloom" - whiteish patches caused by leaving the car covered by a random collect of tarps, in all weathers.

The roof is most effected, though there is some on the boot lid and bonnet.

Does anybody know whether these are stocked anywhere in UK? I've found a website in US which sells them, but by the time you pay for delivery etc, they cost £40-50 a pop - :shock: :shock:

Wow. Cleaned the car at the weekend and thought, wonder if those tailpipes are meant to be shiny! A quick google revealed this stuff is what you need to use (Amazon delivered the next day) and wow; from black - to polished in about 10 mins of effort. Amazing, for once the internet is correct!...

So… Seriously considering turning my brake callipers red, just love the look of it, especially against the white it will really pop I think!

So question for you guys is: Any recommended paint kit and colour to use, anything to look out for or avoid etc whilst applying?

Basically, you pour in a couple of liters of diesel; connect water and power. Pull the trigger and you get 80degree hot water jetting out, and a load of nice diesel smell...

I notice with my lights on I can see a myriad of little tiny marks on the lens plastic which cannot be removed by exterior polishing and make the lens seem a bit 'foggy'

I know they are not dirt on the inside either as my attempts to wipe them off using a small rag through the light bulb...

I haven't washed the car for 10 years +.
I wipe it down after a drive with a damp glove mitten and that's it. The wheels have a quick rince and wiped dry. I'm guessing with corssion issues it should prolong its life.
