Re: Hi everybody...

My apology, got the wrong end of the stick, assumed it was Aston advertising the car  However it might still be an idea to speak to Aston as having tested the car he will probably still have an idea of any issues he noticed at the time and any issues he may have noted. :thumleft:

Re: Hi everybody...

RSP If anything required doing then Aston would have told you. I am fairly sure he would have imparted any issues when he sold it to you. No doubt he also carried out a full service including fluid changes, although if he didn't indicate this then it would be as well to ask him. All I would initiall...

I have seen a Kuro on AutoTrader with a comp test done at Essex Rotary I believe.
Essex Rotary are a trusted trader on here and the owner Aston will guide you correctly and a Kuro is a good model with only minor cosmetic differences to a standard 231.

Re: Help identify my rx8 !

The original Mazdaspeed kit (front spoiler, rear spoiler, side skirts and rear wing) were all branded and came with mazdaspeed badges. Never did fit them to mine. Can also see why if front end damaged it was not replaced as just silly money for an original even if you could find one.

Like a compund full of police cars and vans when sixteen cats were taken off of said vehicles.  Bit embarrasing that one, but I did get the job of installing the CCTV after the horse, or in this case the cat, had bolted.

Best of luck Clive :thumleft: Chances are you are going to be a bit more agile than the competition and I can see you doing quite well. Getting past is the difficult bit, but an RX8 can be particularly wide once in front.

Glad you had a reasonably good day Malcolm, not that I am at all jealous. Enkei wheels take flat head nuts and not the usual tapered ones Ranjan. Without a doubt this would have been the recurring problem, New nuts required if you intend to run these again :thumleft: . More to the point how d...

Spoke to them yesterday on Aston's mobile. Invariably if he is working on a car he doesn't pick up, or unless someone is maning the office. (They were yesterday) He is also notoriously slow in acknowledging e-mails #-o . Best to keep trying, or try texting his mobile. He is due to call me back so I ...

They must throw a fit every time cars from UK visit Spa then  , as very few cars that make the trip are in standard trim, most are tailored for track days and feature all or some of the items you list  . bigger brakes, engine swaps, chiptuning, turbo or SC builds, tyres that give a sp...

Certainly MazdaonTrack could sort this for you but with only 15 or so people it will be extremely expensive if you are looking at exclusive use of the circuit. If that is the case you could contact each of the circuits direct to get pricing, otherwise you could join any of the events companies who a...
