Once it is fully rotated you should be able to put your fingers between the gap that has opened up on the right hand side. Pull here gently but firmly and the mirror should come off ( there are 3...

You have to be vigorous when pulling the whole module out from the roof lining - there are small clips on the side, but all you need to do is pull hard with your fingers... Pull from the windscreen side, rotating the front edge down and it will come free. Then you can twist and release the bulb hol...

Thanks all. I've picked up the clay bar and NXT wax to get me going. As others have pointed out it smells really nice(!) and it's very good value for money. Have to agree with your comments on 'polish' being abrasive, and I'll wait for more opinions. Look forward to any discounts when buying the res...

Me too! Is this syndrome limited to the early cars ?

If so is the 'Deep Crystal polish' good enough on it's own? 3. Waxing - NXT next generation tech wax Would a...

My wipers also shredded this weekend, I popped over to woollies and have now switched to "wonder wipers". Now I'm praying for rain to test them out ( which is pretty unlikely in the current drought).

Many thanks rocketman!
