Spectators are more than welcome. The cafe will be open all day so there will be a warm retreat for sustenance.

Many thanks Carl for your most generous donation, perhaps it may inspire others to "help" donate and make the weekend more attractive to our members. We have a great venue in our sites which should appeal to our other halves too whilst we are at Castle Combe. Details are imminent.

Re: Rebuild following a blown side seal

Well, I am a complete ass hat!! I have gone and bought the wrong gasket kit from Japan - I went and bought for the lower power 4 port engine instead of the 6. I have reviewed the differences between the 4 port N3Z1-10-S50B and 6 port N3Z3-10-S50C on Atkins Rotary and I will need to buy the followin...

Re: Culdranth's galaxy grey, slow progress

No is the safest answer to your question unless you are both built like Thor! I had the same issue recently and we placed a 6ft (2m) board sloping up into the car and a plywood square at the top and in under the engine, then we rocked the engine backward with the ply board until it was possible to t...

Re: Culdranth's galaxy grey, slow progress

Very similar approach to myself, but after c7000 miles something has "gone" on the front rotor of my home rebuild and compression has dropped to c2bar with the rear rotor down to c5bar. The rear whilst low does not bother me too much as its street ported. It may be due to over revving on down change...

Re: Culdranth's galaxy grey, slow progress

Having read your post in the manuals thread my comments are; You really need to strip the engine first and check for wear as you may not require new rotor or stationary bearings but unless you know how to spot bearing wear and have a mercer gauge to measure the bearings bore size and a micrometre to...
