Good to meet everyone on Saturday, especially Team Pat for travelling all the way up North. Unfortunately it was too windy to put up the gazeebo, we did try, but it was too windy.

Well to be fair, I now live in Caerphilly. If you check on the map, you will see that Caerphilly is much lower than places oooop 't North where the likes of Rutz, Big John & CJR live. It is a well researched fact that training/living at altitude gives a natural performance advantage, etc .............
