Re: Kuro no1 and no2

Good evening all, i have just completed my upgraded oil lines on Kuro2 ,so much easier this time round. The only real difficulty ,assuming that the old ones come off nicely,is the rear engine connection just under the oil filter, it needs a bit of tweeking from both above and below. I had also notic...

Re: Yorins Definitely Stable Financial Decision I Swear

the most effective way to rust proof the rear arches is through the boot with a can of cavity wax with a long pipe. most arches rust from the inside due to condensation between the pinch welds. ideally done on a nice hot day so the wax can run between the seams.

Re: Yorins Definitely Stable Financial Decision I Swear

Ollie, you may find it better to leave the rear liners off as they are like sponges and collect crap in the wrong places. I have found that a good dose of a stone guard paint is just as effective, easily cleaned and easier to monitor any problems in the future, rob.

Thanks John, it is a bit tricky atm, and we all have our part to play. Limiting social meets is a small price to pay if it helps to keep us all safe, rob.

Re: Shropshire / West Midlands Meet - Friday 9th October ***7pm***

It seems that we are heading into some uncertainty regarding covid 19 and it is with regret that i suggest that the current format is postponed for a while. I personally no longer feel as confident about this as i did, having 2 teacher daughters, and 2 grandsons ,all of whom attend school, and i do no...

Good morning chaps, i would be very interested in how the meet went last night in terms of the arrangements and format at the venue. Did you all feel safe and would you be happy to do an indoor meet in October providing that the rules don't change? , your comments would be very useful in organising ...

Re: Shropshire / West Midlands Meet - Friday 11th September ***7pm***

Well it's good news, false alarm. The person tested was my 6yr old grandson who came back from school, where his mother, our daughter, teaches, with a hacking cough and a temperature. With our other daughter also teaching it was just to close to call,so thought it best to be sure. I hope the meet goes...
