IIRC one has the engine number on. also IIRC, they're interchangeable.

i read that, which is why id replace it with a titanium tig welded tubular fabrication :D i like using my toys to make stuff!

i was thinking of having shorter springs made rather than spending £1k on a decent set of coilovers.

well i have no idea how much weight will be coming out. rear seats have to stay in but both front seats will be replaced, carpets and noise damping materials will be removed.

as for what im willing to spend... that depends... :)

id just rather avoid coilovers even though (having reread the blue book) they are allowed.

alright just reread the blue book, actually i can. id rather not though, mostly as i am not able or willing to set up coilovers effectivly.

lightened rx8 with pz suspension

im shortly going to be stripping my 8, fitting light bucket seats and harnesses, getting as much weight out as i can before next season. i have also bought in on the pz group buy, which leads me to a question will it sit like a tractor, amd if so, what springs should i change them to without comprom...
