Not sure if its just me. I'm in Tapatalk with dark mode ATM and Malcolm your blue text looks almost 3D it makes the text look like it's farther behind the lighter. Looks pretty cool [emoji4]

ATS Wheel alignment interpreted?

I'm so I took my car to ATS. It was a 4min walk back home I thought I'd give them a bash. £40 for front only in the end. As he said the rear were fine. They apologized when I picked my car up as they couldn't get the new printer to work but showed me the results on the screen. So I took a pic instea...

Re: Oil and Filter change

Just did an oil change and found the filter a bugger to remove. I've always done the screw driver and hammer thing if I couldn't get to the bugger. Thought I'd try a cable wrap trick. It works perfectly. Clean the filter of any residue so it's got some grip. Use a good length of electrical wire. Som...

Re: Power seat switches

My replacement switch covers used to fall off. Have you tried placing a piece of double sided tape ( the gummy stuff ) over the switches then push the covers over.

I did that and mine don't fall off anymore

Re: Engine Misfire - Possible Coil Pack Failure

No man. Get that cat out immediately. If it's blocked it'll kill the engine in no time. Don't run it anymore untill it's removed and replaced or gutted. IMH they shouldn't have touched the plugs either. Cleaning them does more harm than good unless just wiping away the unburnt fuel. The large mechan...

Re: Engine Misfire - Possible Coil Pack Failure

Thanks all, much appreciated. What's the difference between decatting and a ghetto cat, and would those cause an MOT fail on emissions next time out? I've let the garage known so they can double check, would people recommend getting them to order the new coils in or would it be cheaper to source th...

Re: Japfest 2019 at Donington Park Sat 13th July **Stand Closed**

Bugger I missed the date by a month! Remind me “What is that you developed a system for at the Ricoh Arena?” Yeah dude, ticketing on offsites at Ricoh and 10 others I think can't remember, offhand. Onsite is managed elsewhere. Can't really say to much on a public forum about Ricoh. There's a load o...

Let's ignore it and make our own bio fuel instead. We as a club could invest in a plot of land. Start growing maze, make a distiller and schedule daily shifts to produce our own bio fuel. Those members who contribute will get the benefits. Wait I think it's been done [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23] http...

Re: spark plugs + coil question

So I've had a few 7s in my time. We used to change the coils to corvette coils back in the day. What you would call the ACdelco blah deblah Back then they were sourced from reputable sources from the states and we were experienced or just game to try them as $400 per coil was horrendous. The risk of...
