I had a fully polybushed car years ago (and I mean everything) along with coilovers and it wasn’t comfortable on the road. I’d say be selective with what you polybush and it’s ok but for everyday driving you want some give in places It’s a track car so all other bushes have been changed . I can onl...

Just have a look online for a drawing , the harness is pretty easy wrap around twice then back under on itself

I’ve thought about something similar but it’s always worried me if they reduce the exit flow of exhaust gases at all , similar to a slightly block catalytic converters
