Re: ^^^TRACKDAY, Mallory – Saturday 9th November @ £119^^^

Just been informed by Rotary Revs that the car will not be seen by them until November; it was dropped off late August. Not a happy bunny. These time scales are ridiculous, the car has only just come back from being with them for over 6 months for heaven's sake. OK rant over. Ranjan. Very poor serv...

Ranjan. The 720s would be a sight to behold. Although, I know that you would rather have the rx8 there ...

There is no maintenance to do on oil lines Marc.
As In replacing them if they are showing signs they are on borrowed time before they actually fail.

Re: 3rd party warranty

I'll be surprised if they cover the engine. Would normally come under wear and tear unless something drastic broke and destroyed the engine I'd imagine. Also I know with certain engine rebuild warranty they wouldn't cover it if say, you hadn't maintained the oil lines and they split and subsequently...

Mines the same. You can change it as above but once the car is switched off it resets to the original setting.

Re: Track tyres....

Does anyone know what is the difference between Ad08R and Ad08RS?

The AD08RS Are approximately £70 more expensive than the Ad08r.

Also the AD08R come in two different noise db levels. 70db or 75db

Do they come in different compounds? I didn't think they did.

what ones to people normally use?

All dampers dialled back 8 clicks as recommended and still feel smooth :thumleft:

Re: My R3 - Tein Monosport or MeisterR?

I've just checked. The only thing they recommend is to dial the dampers from full hard to the recommended values which is 8 clicks back from hard which is halfway like graham has recommended. :thumright:

I already currently run Racingbeat ARBs and adjustable droplinks
