The Mazda dealer in Edinburgh charge £50 and use a real tester with real printed results. I know people hate dealers, but y...

Re: Aldi Motorcycle / Track day Helmet £30
Great trackday helmet but without sounding too negative, you have to remember you get what you pay for with safety equipment. Yes it may *just* pass ECE 22.05 standards but I would want something that goes above and beyond. Important to note, for MSA UK racing you will need an FIA 8860 approved helm...

Re: Air Conditioning Maintenance and the Refill Cans.
As long as they do pull a vacuum on the system first it will be fine, this will check for leaks at the same time. The moisture in the air that is now present in your system needs to me sucked out to prevent the compressor being destroyed. I'll find out is Kwik fit do this first (they should!). Updat...

Air Conditioning Maintenance and the Refill Cans.
I have read a bit about the AC refill cans and seen some questions in various posts so I thought I would start a new topic and answer them in one place. I have installed, fault found and recharged countless domestic and industrial refrigeration systems. Completed a 4 year apprenticeship in refrigera...

Re: retro fit of satnav, leather seats for cloth and aircon
The aircon will not be any colder, if you feel like you aircon is too warm you may need a re-gas. The 15'c or 18'c you see is the set point for the aircon to switch off and wait for the temp to rise before kicking back in. Its unlikely you would ever want to be 15'c and if you really do then put it ...
