Re: Help with Oil cooler line failure please

I cant recall how to post pictures on the forum, but I'm pretty sure its the oil lines or the cooler due to the sump being clean and oil all over the suspension arm and a drip in the same place. There's some oil on the top of the oil cooler hoses as well. There's no oil at all coming from any other ...

Re: Help with Oil cooler line failure please

Oh no! I think you might as well get an assistant to take some pics in the engine bay and under the car to see if it can be pinpointed - but for it to insta-dump a lot of oil, it will likely be a high pressure source such as oil cooler line or filter. Certainly don't drive the car, and make some no...

At first I thought my sump was leaking (as id been advised it was a bit rusty) but having had another look today it seems like the oil cooler lines ha...

Re: Small supercharger setup

SO how much air would a supercharger need to flow for a 13b ?

With kawasaki producing a compact supercharger for the H2, it had me wondering if such a beast could be adapted

Re: What have you done to your RX-8 today?????

Fault cleared itself after two restarts (i was just about to go to the garage to get it read) So not panicking I think I should have left the ECU for longer doing its reset - it had been going 15 mins before I turned it off and it hadn't found a stable idle. Wondering if its due to the K&N and cold ...

Re: What have you done to your RX-8 today?????

What is the CEL? Find out what it is before resetting the ECU as it could be significant. I realise that :-) local garage guy (with reader) is away today but he suggested that as it had been standing it might just be a misfire she started on first turn and is running ok - but I havent given her the...
